The safety and health of the participants have the top priority.

All participants adhere to the special regulations for training operations in solidarity and with a high degree of self-responsibility. In the studio, special measures are implemented by the instructors.

Yoga classes that are held regularly in the same composition, as a consistent group and in separate rooms are exempt from the certification requirement. This applies to yoga classes with up to 30 participants in indoor rooms. The certification obligation, on the other hand, applies to one-time workshops.

Precautionary measures

  • Masks are still required when entering and leaving the studio. Once you are on the mat, you can take it off if you want.

  • The instructor will remain on the mat. Corrections will be given verbally.

  • Disinfectant is located in the entrance area so that course participants can disinfect their hands first before entering the premises.

  • People in the studio clean their hands regularly. Thorough hand washing plays a vital role in hygiene. Those who wash their hands thoroughly with soap before and after yoga sessions protect themselves and those around them.
